Having a baby is a very special yet full time in the life of a family. Beginning with preconception through newborn meets siblings, classes offered prepare the couple and family in each of these areas. We also offer classes as part of a service bundle. To learn more, please visit Service Bundles.

Preparing Your Birth Plan:

Time: 3 hours

Tuition: $60

A birth plan is a very important tool for your pregnancy. It helps educates you, and it also helps facilitate good communication with your care provider. Birth Plan Preparation Class is a private class that can be conducted via phone and email communication. During communication, I will help guide you through your birth choices, providing links to evidence based practices for informed decision-making. Each family has their own priorities for their birth and each birth plan should reflect those priorities.
