Becoming a mother can be a very spiritual time in a woman’s life.  Many of our friends and clients have cherished the positive affirmations of Scriptures for birth, during pregnancy and labor.   Here are some Scriptures that have been especially meaningful to them.  We hope these Scripture verses/Bible verses will be meaningful to you, too.  If you have a Scripture verse not listed that has been meaningful to you, please let us know!  We would love to add it to this page.

Scriptures for Birth

Philippians 4:6-7“6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and
supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the
peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds
through Christ Jesus.”

Isaiah 66:9“Shall I bring to the point of birth and not cause to bring forth?” says
the LORD; “shall I, who cause to bring forth, shut the womb?” says your God.”

2 Cor. 12:9 – “And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is
made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities,
that the power of Christ may rest upon me.”
