Postpartum Doula Day Service benefits new parents in gaining confidence and bonding with their new baby. Postpartum support also supports siblings during the transition with the new baby.

Description
Postpartum Doula Day Service
Postpartum Doula Day service is centered on the new mother and family needs each day. These include a nap, a shower, and/or preparing food for you. Postpartum sessions begin with a catch-up chat and end with a conversation about plans until my next visit.
Postpartum Day Service Includes:
- In-home prenatal visit
- Individualized care plan
- A safe place to share the birth experience
- Breastfeeding support
- Support during postpartum adjustments
- Promotes parent-infant bonding
- Information on infant soothing
- Offers supportive, non-judgmental companionship
- Provides references for educational and community resources
- Assists with the newborn and/or sibling care
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Healthcare CPR certified
