Great Expectation
Couples have lots questions in anticipation of pregnancy and about early pregnancy and middle pregnancy. Our Great Expectations Pregnancy Class seeks to empower couples in choosing their care team. We hope to de-mystify medical tests and procedures they may encounter. Couples will learn about common discomforts mom may experience and ways to relieve them. We will learn about safe exercise, about good nutrition, and some other fun facts about the growing baby.
